Water Testing

The Foundation of an Effective Treatment System.

Conner Water provides free basic water tests using sophisticated onsite testing capabilities including analysis’s done with colorimetric and conductivity instrumentation. If more elaborate testing is required the use of licensed laboratories can be secured as well.  A professional evaluation and analysis of your water chemistry is essential for the determining the correct solution to your water treatment needs.

No one water treatment system will effectively treat every water problem.  For that reason, it is essential that the complete water chemistry be understood prior to any design attempts.  It is also important to understand that water can change seasonally with the time of year or over a period of time.  For that reason it is important to have your water tested before any consideration of a new water treatment system and on an annual basis to determine if the water quality has changed.  Your Conner Water Systems expert can assist you in determining what water analyses are suggested for your water system.

Some tests can be done onsite using advanced field-testing techniques. Others must be submitted to a certified analytical laboratory.

Overview of Water testing:

Our water professionals can perform certain tests on-site.  Other more advanced tests can be set to a certified laboratory.

Basic on-site tests can determine a number of non- health related impurities such as:

  • PH
  • Total dissolved solids
  • Chlorine

More advanced testing is available from State Certified laboratories.  Available tests include:

  • Coliform and E-Coli bacteria
